Brent A. Ellwyn
Business Lawyer
Brent is a business law partner at Cleveland Doan LLP. He joined the firm in 2004 after having previously practiced in Vancouver since his call to the Bar in 1998. Brent’s practice focuses primarily on business law matters, including buying and selling businesses, drafting and reviewing agreements, private placements, corporate reorganizations, estate freezes, family trusts and general business succession planning. Brent also has experience in dealing with various residential and commercial real estate matters, including buying and selling real estate and drafting and reviewing lease agreements and restrictive covenants.
